The process involves moving in a systematic way to complete an evaluation of the teacher data through the following process and implement changes that would translate in an enhanced performance of students in the classroom. DM1 Reviewing existing data and asking questions. For the implemented strategy, the teacher collected samples of students work related to a selected lesson and goals. DM2 Triangulate additional data for additional information. DM3 Determining Gaps and Goals. The teacher identified learning and instructional gaps, and decided on a metric evaluation.DM4 Plan for action, the teacher revise all strategies and activities and develop a data plan action. DM5 evaluate the success of the implementation and determine the next steps. (Venables, 2014, p. p. 3-4).
